I hope everyone is getting a taste of spring, I know I was sure ready for winter to end, it was cold and long. We are expecting some 30 degree temps here a couple of nights this week, but for the most part the trees and allergies are in full bloom. I sure wish my flowers would grow as well as the weeds do in my beds, been out pulling all weekend, and need to do much more. I love this time of the year playing in my flower beds, Oliver seems to really love flowers also, wants to pick them, planning on giving him an area to have a wild flower garden with lots to pick. Well my New Beginnings is that Green Creek Primitives has joined Early Works Mercantile, starting April 15th we will be sharing our creations every month on the 15th. The lil bluebird in the picture is actually part of a creation my sister, Lisa has come up with, hope you can stop by and check out what we have been doing. I have some sad news also my friend Bonnie, she has the shop Primitive Gatherings, in Kingsport, Tn. is closing her shop. I went up recently to visit with her and of course check out her goodies in her shop, yes I came back with the van loaded, will share pics of my new goodies when I get them all up. Hope everyone has a good week, thanks for stopping by and visiting with me. Vicky | |
