Looking back over the year there has been alot of changes and good times. One of the biggest changes was my youngest son, Chris, got married. Brandi and Chris wedding was set in front of the lake just right before sunset, it was beautiful. Oh and by the way we are expecting our first grandbaby next July. She has started a blog Dear Huckababy, it is so sweet, she is talking to the baby about things that are taking place in there lives. Brandi is going to be an excellent mother. Looking forward to having a little one around again... One of my favorite things I love to do is one day shopping trips with my sister Lisa. We love going to the primitive shops in Norh Carolina, Nanbrook Farm, Country Heart and Splinter and Rags. But along the way Amy, Ann, Diane and Christy have become friends I love to go visit...Ann of Country Heart is in my antique booth with me now. I love to go and help pick out things I think will sell in the booth. Ann's country wares help make the booth look really nice...I have come along way this year in my handmades. I really enjoy making the black rabbits, scarecrows, dolls and snowmen. I am currently working on some dolls with hearts, angels and soon to start rabbits...I am looking forward to going to Kingsport, Tn in early spring. Going to Bonnie's shop is like going to visit an old friend, I enjoy shopping and talking to her all afternoon and she always has a cup of coffee ready for me. Even my husband comes in and enjoys visiting with Bonnie...I have made some really good friends over the web also. I enjoy talking with Justine of Mycronynme Primitives and Linda Babb of The Primitive Stitcher. Looking forward to meeting others next year...And yes I started a blog, my eldest son, Justin , put the graphics and pictures together for me . I am starting to learn my way around the blog and enjoying it...That about sums up 2010, only one sad note my husbands grandmother passed away this year she was 103. We had coffee breaks at her house since I have been in the family. We are still meeting in her house every Sunday to gather with the family and have cake and coffee. She will be missed.
