My Garden

My confused Iris who thinks it March and not January.

Meet Henry, my cat, and Sadie our 6 year old lab who is expecting puppies around Valentines Day.

And of course Charlie had to check out Sadie.  They actually get along real well, unless the cat decides to run and then the chase is on.

Henry  has taken up residence in my hanging basket, can't plant anything in there anymore.  I think he likes the birds eye view next to the bird feeders.  Just wanted to share a few out side pictures with you.  I t was sunny today with temps in the low 60's, now I really can't wait for Spring.

  1. Oh, at LEAST you can see the ground! LOL! Your babies are so cute, especially Henry, taking up his post in the basket! LOL!
I love the Iris, I have some planted on the side of the garage, and a few in one of the front beds too. I did plant some last fall in the back, so we'll see what they do this year.
The sixties sound good to me!
It has been cloudy here, and in the 20's.
    Have a good day.

  2. Vicky, I wish I could see some of my irises coming up but there is way too much snow. It is 10 degrees here in northern Wisconsin. I love the photo of Henry in the basket. That would make a great greeting card. Enjoy your warm weather. Have a great week.

  6. Thanks for stopping by....I love your kitties! I am having major envy here, you have bareground and I have several feet of sow. YUK.
I can't wait for Spring. I think I am packing up my snowmen in hopes it will stop dumping the white stuff on us.
    I'll be back.

  7. I have just been perusing your blog and I must say, I love it!
We got 14" of snow yesterday after an inch of ice. It is bitter cold here. Our little dogs go out but scurry back in. It is kind of cute to see them hopping to get above the snow. lol
Love the cat in the flower pot!
